A dragon boat on Kawaguchiko Lake

Today we visited the Mt Fuji area. The guys were going to climb but decided against it, so we spent the day walking around the lake, enjoying the tourist atmosphere. It was a beautiful day, bright and sunny, only our second sunny day in Japan and there was a nice breeze coming off the lake. After taking a cable car up Mt Kachi Kachi to get a nice view of the mountian we walked around to the other side of Kawaguchiko Lake to Ichiku Kubota's Kimono Musuem- he hand makes the most beautiful kimonos you've ever seen using an ancient method that had been lost since it was last done in the 16th century. Here is one of his many beautiful pieces: www.onesandzerosfashions.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/12/san-large.jpg
Tomorrow we're taking a bus to take a bus to take a train to take a bus to get to an onsen up in Nasu and the day after we're heading to pick up a car in Nagano.
